2. Keep arms parallel, precise trajectory and FLEX. ZERO MOMENTUM.
3. FLEX, SQUEEZE + BREATHE.
BICEPS CURL FLEX LUNGE (advanced)
1. Posture tall + abs sucked in the entire time.
2. FLEX throughout the ENTIRE REP. FLEX before you start the upwards motion, FLEX even HARDER at the top and SUPER FLEX the entire way down. ZERO MOMENTUM.
3. FLEX, SQUEEZE + BREATHE.
